Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Memo operations refer to API calls to create new memos and to update existing memos. Skald automatically generates tags, summaries, chunks, and vector embeddings for memo content. We do a lot of work at ingestion time to organize and extract substance from memos in order to enable fast and accurate search, chat, and document generation features. Retrieving memos is free.

Chat queries correspond to API calls to our chat and generation endpoints. Each successful request counts as one query towards your quota.

Search is 100% free and unlimited.

We process payments through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, etc...), Apple Pay and support payment via invoice for Enterprise customers with annual contracts.
